Indirectly indeed communication technology brings numerous advantages to their users. But behind the apparently tucked good profit losses caused much harm to the psychological health and communication technology use itself.
The development of type HP(cellphone) is increasingly rising. Starting from the facilities provided to its shape. With radio-telephones, the market is always limited by the scarcity of frequencies that can be given to customers. Because it can use the same frequencies repeatedly, cellular systems capable of providing access to absolutely every person, (Roger Fidler, Mediamorfosis, 20, 2003).
This view was further break the assumption that communications technology is not so important and therefore do not need to be anticipated presence. Instead of communication technologies is very important and eagerly anticipated his presence all the time and every time. Intelligence, sophistication and facilities of communication technology to measure how big the function and needs of the communications technology for their users without thinking about the impact that will result from the use of such technology.
