Bad Impact Playing Games for Kids

Although online gaming and consoles has a good influence for kids, but that does not mean they can play at will. Evangeline Suaidy, psychologist and Fruit We Heart Foundation, said that children should be given a time limit when playing.
"Something certainly not excessive either. Limitation aims to prevent children addicted to playing games in particular games console or online," said Eva, in the event Coaching Cosmos Clinic in Jakarta, some time ago.
According to him, the game is useful to eliminate boredom while children learn. However, online gaming is done a few hours in a day. Ideally, children should not play this game about an hour. "If you bet more than an hour each day, then it is included in the category of game addiction," he explained.
There are some negative effects of gaming addiction in children, among other things:
1. More Aggressive
Children who are addicted to the game will typically have more aggressive behavior. Eva said, the kids will not notice the surroundings too engrossed with the game. When they have started preoccupied with their world, they will not want interrupted by a variety of things going on around him. "This all happened because that is in their minds just want to keep playing and winning his game," he said.
In addition, too cool to play the game will also limit their social interaction with others. They are so reluctant to get together and play with family or friends, or even do not want to turn lend toys to others.
2. Not responsible
When children are addicted to the game, they will not want to think about other things. When they come home from school immediately thought of the game, and can forget their duties and responsibilities like homework, studying, and even forget to eat.
3. It is unrealistic
When hooked, they will be poisoned minds with a variety of applications and scenes in the game. The danger, as already addicted they will be more difficult to distinguish between the real world and the game. For example, in some racing games. In the game they could have a lot of lives when the car was hit and badly damaged, so they can get back on track. While this will not happen in the real world. When was addicted sometimes their way of thinking has been affected by the game, and think it can also be done in the real world.
4. Lack of focus
When they were enamored of a game, they will just focus on playing. This will make the child more difficult to focus on other things, including lessons in school. "It could be dangerous for young children because their achievements will decline," he explained. Not only that, Eva also revealed, it will also indirectly affect the level of their intelligence.
