Computer Development in Social Action

Written by S G Wijoyo
The use of media in the form of goods or services, often do people in her daily routine. Be it directly or indirectly. Both media certainly has its uses and its role itself even when not in use or idle. And its use will grow as people use it to help them resolve various problems that arise daily. Usefulness or usability has a sense that the functionality or usability is a condition that makes products and systems easier to use and more closely match the user's needs and requirements. This means that the good or service is said to be useful when the device forming the object or item has a condition that could be used to help humans. Unfortunately, sometimes the goods or services we use can also lead to new problems in our lives. Therefore, the usefulness according to Rubin and Chisnell in the book Handbook of Usability Testing Usability say that is a quality that many products possess, but many, many more lack.

May mean that usability is a quality that a lot of products, but many, many more shortcomings. Not only to see the two sides of the utility value of a good or service, Rubin and Chisnell in the same book says that when a product or service is truly usable, the user can do what he or she wants to do the way he or she expects to be Able to do it, without hindrance, hesitation, or questions. Or in other words when a product or service is really useful, the user can do what he wants to do with the way he hoped to be able to do so, without any hindrance, doubt, or question. From the statement above shows that both experts also see how the goods and services is able to provide benefits to help human life. It's just the two of them still see the primary role of all activities associated with the life still centered on the man himself as the giver of utility value for each goods and services involved in their lives. The word "hope" signifies imperfection tilapia for a good or service, so if there is a problem in its use, it remains as an individual human being that relies on its ability to maximize the value for yourself. According to Rubin and Chisnell in the book Handbook of Usability Testing said that To be usable, a product or service should be useful, efficient, effective, satisfying, learnable, and accessible. Where to get used to, a product or service should be useful, efficient, effective, satisfying, learned, and accessible. In line with the progress of time, people tend to try to continue to add value to the goods. But unfortunately it is not coupled with the efforts being made to increase the training insights of the users of the product, so that there is, the more powerful an object or item, the more difficult it is human to use.
