When MotoCast USB opens, you can enable and disable the type of content you want sync by selecting the ON/OFF button to the right of each Music, Photos, Videos, Podcasts, or Contacts.
You can also choose which direction you want to sync from for each content type. To sync content to your DROID Bionic XT875 device from your computer, select Sync to Device. Then select the checkbox to enable syncing in that direction. To sync content from your device to your computer, select Sync from Device. Then select the checkbox to enable syncing in that direction. You can have either direction or both directions enabled for sync.
