Object of study in this research is the review criminological against pornography offenses multipurpose mobile media in the city of Malang. Where the use of mobile phones among students and the multipurpose students increasingly prevalent as the system used in the dissemination of pornography crimes. The purpose of this research is to determine which aspects of the law has been violated by the multipurpose mobile phone users as recorder, and video data receiving pornographic photos pornography related offenses, to obtain an overview of the factors that lead to mobile phone users among students make or receive video footage and photos of porn via mobile multipurpose facility and to determine the efforts made by the police Resort Malang city to combat the rampant spread of video and photos of porn via mobile multipurpose media.
The method used is descriptive qualitative data analysis is a way of using the respondent as a support in conducting the study, after the data is acquired and collected, then the data is analyzed and describe by to give an idea of the fact that no detailed related laws and regulations.
Based on the study of 150 people and students as respondents obtained the following data:
- A. That of the 150 respondents were 64 people (42.67%) use mobile multipurpose facility as a medium for receiving and sending pornographic images and videos, the other 21 people (14%) use mobile phones as versatile as a means to cheat the test, 18 people (12% ) even use the phone as a multi-purpose media gaming or listening to music while they are in the process of learning in the classroom. The rest, as many as 47 people (31.33%) did aberrations because they are not as multipurpose mobile users. So the average mobile phone users abusing multipurpose multipurpose extra features in the mobile phone as a means of dissemination of pornography that meets the definition of article 282 of the Criminal Code.
- B. That 54 people (36%) save porn videos and photos in the mobile phone for personal collection, 19 people (12.67%) to take advantage of the sophistication of mobile phones owned facilities, while 17 people (11.33%) to keep it as a hobby that can not be separated from their daily activities. So it can be seen that the reason most respondents storing pornographic images and videos are for private collection or documentation.
- C. That the police had to address the problem of preventive and repressive control efforts in an attempt follow-pornography offenses that occur in the community.
