Viruses generally have a relatively common way of working that is:
1. The ability to obtain an information
2. The ability to check a file
3. The ability to replicate and transmit themselves
4. The ability to manipulate the
5. The ability to hide itself.
Virus in getting an update from the list of files in a directory. The virus then look for files that can be infected, when users open a program or file that is infected by a virus, the data needed by the virus created. Viruses usually perform data collection and store it in RAM, so if the computer is turned off the data will be lost.
