Problems of E-Commerce

According to Arnold Pacey, in the application of technology in everyday life, there are three aspects that should be considered by users of the technology itself. Three aspects of the question is technical, organizational aspects and cultural aspects. (Pacey, 1983). In the application in daily life, the discussion of the technical aspects of the technology is still considered to dominate over the other aspects, especially the cultural aspect. This is caused by the belief that, in general, technology is an amoral, something that in its use of separate values, an instrument that can be used not only for good but also for evil (Pacey, 1983). The notion is causing many issues related to the discovery of an ethical dimension, values ​​and morality in the use of everyday technology.
The definition of "ethics" is closely related to the concept of "morality". Morality is defined as the ability to discern what is right and what is wrong. Ethics in using technology is defined as moral standards and regulations for users of technology to be applied in different situations (Straubhaar, LaRose, & Davenport, 2001). Ethics is a major grip for users of technology outside the regulations and policies that are formal. Discussion of ethics and regulations in the use of technology becomes very serious when the technology we use today also can be misused to commit many violations as infringement of intellectual property rights to practice various types of cybercrime (Mirabito & Morgenstern, 2004). In a world in which information can be transmitted and shared electronically with the base, ethical standards and regulations are applied in a variety of industries are often overlooked and even forgotten. Consideration of ethical issues and regulatory solutions in the world "electronic commerce" has also been discussed for many years (Li, 2006)
This paper will discuss issues or problems related to ethics and regulation in the world of E-Commerce with an emphasis on the Indonesian context. Two of the issues and problems that will be discussed in this paper are:
· Privacy consumers use the E-Commerce
· Security is now using ECommerce site
